STEAM  Movement Programme

GRADE 3- GRADE 6

The STEAM Sports Fitness Programme for Grades 3 to 6 combines sports, fitness, and STEAM concepts to foster balanced, active students. This program builds physical literacy with technology, science, engineering, and math incorporated into a fun, interactive fitness experience.

Programme Content 

Biomechanics & Movement Analysis: Body mechanics, movement efficiency, and posture correction based on the principles of sports science.

Sports Science Integration: Discovering how energy systems, muscles, and bones work in
sports and physical exercise.

Fitness & Endurance Training: Participating in organized strength training and cardiovascular exercises to enhance stamina and muscle coordination.

Wearable Technology & Data Analysis: Monitoring performance, heart rate, and energy usage using fitness trackers and motion sensors.

Nutritional Science for Athletes: Discovering healthy food, hydration, and meal planning for enhanced sporting performance.

Mathematical Applications in Sports: Mastering statistics, speed, distance, and angles in sports such as soccer, basketball, and athletics.

Game-Based Learning & Simulations: Employing engaging simulations to investigate team dynamics, strategy, and decision-making in sports.
